Refund Policy
Cancellation and refund terms for your booking.
Booking Cancellation
Cancellations must be requested in writing via email to booking@hkfarmhousenoida.online.
Refund Eligibility
- Cancellations 30+ days before the event: 80% refund of advance.
- 15–29 days before the event: 50% refund of advance.
- Less than 15 days before the event: non-refundable.
Advance Payment
A non-refundable retainer is required to block your date and is adjusted into the total cost.
Refund Timelines
Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
Event Cancellation by Venue
In the rare event of cancellation by us due to force majeure, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.
