Booking Terms
All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the advance amount. Dates are held on a first-come basis.
Event Rules
- Events must adhere to local noise and time regulations.
- Outside vendors must be approved in advance.
- Smoking is permitted only in designated areas.
Property Usage
The property must be used responsibly. Any decoration, installation or modification requires prior consent.
Cancellation
Cancellations are governed by the Refund Policy. Please refer to it for details.
Damage Policy
Any damage to property, fixtures or fittings caused during the event will be chargeable to the host.
User Responsibilities
- Guests are responsible for personal belongings.
- Hosts are responsible for the conduct of their guests.
Legal
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Noida courts.
